The Roaming Butcher is a New Hampshire–based mobile butchering service. We bring our equipment, tools, and expertise directly to your barn or pasture — so your animals never have to travel.

We age every carcass with care to ensure the finest flavor and tenderness. Beef is aged in the cooler for 12–14 days, pigs are hung for 1–2 days, and lamb and goats for 5 days.

Reduced stress for the herd ensures superior meat quality. We dispatch on-site and handle every cut with care. Each package is cleanly wrapped and clearly labeled so you know exactly what is inside.
